Global Game Jam 2018

The Global Game Jam is the No.1 largest game event (game creation) taking place around the world at physical locations. It is a 48-hour hackathon focused on game development where game developers and animators come together, be creative, share experiences and express themselves in a multitude of ways using games.

Jack of All Games

The Jack of All Games (JOAG) - Army of all is an e-sports team-based tournament where a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 teams battle each other in a collection of the best fighting games on the planet. The JOAG tournament intends to expand the gaming spectrum of fighting games among gamers, allow gamers to form new alliances, and erase the contempt for some fighting games in some gamers' sub-consciousness.

Chess Heights Southwest

Chess Heights Southwest is a 6 rounds Swiss pairing chess competition. It takes over from where Chess Heights monthly stopped; which is a monthly event fostering the development of intellect and character using chess.

Naija Fighters Connect 2018

African Board Game Convention 2018

ABCon 18 is the 3rd edition of the biggest gathering of tabletop designers, enthusiasts and admirers in Nigeria. There will be tabletop games from Africa, Australia, America, Asia and Europe, as well as competitions, play-testing, face painting, networking and of course, gaming signing from various game designers attending with their games. This year, the ABCon Awards are being introduced.

West African Gaming Expo 2018

WAGE 18 is the 5th edition of the annual technology conference and exhibition focusing on video games and animation in West Africa. The event consists of products showcasing the African culture, conference talks, workshops/tutorials, game jams, game launches, e-sport tournaments, and various other opportunities.

Game Evolution Convention 2018

Game Evo Con (GECON) is the first entertainment convention from the esports gaming company Naija Game Evolution. The convention and exhibition would feature industry players from the comic, animation, and gaming scenes. GECON will also hold the grand finale of the record-breaking FEARLESS GAMING TOURNAMENT with 4 main titles on show.
