Long Hiatus and Comback

Hello again, it's been a while since we posted anything here on the website, we say apologies for that. We somehow got caught up in a myriad of things but were are back, better and open for business. Meanwhile, if you have been following us on social media, you might have noticed we were a little bit active on that end. So we say, if you haven't followed us on social media, then please do. So let's get right on to it. Here are the new releases you missed in the Nigerian gaming scene while we were away.

New Releases

ChopUp released Tear Rubber Racing on the Google Play store. Tear Rubber Racing follows an undercover cop who has been sent on a mission to reveal the true identity of an underground criminal. FYI, you might hit a snag in trying to download the game as it only works on some specific Android devices that have the gyroscope enabled.

Bestman Games, the tabletop game company released a digitised version of their first proprietary board game The Bible Game: Saints & Sinners. The game is not an exact replica of the board game which provides a twist in the way souls are saved. You can download the game on Google Play or App Store to test your Bible knowledge and defeat the challenger.

Deluxe Creation Studios jumped on the battle royale frenzy and released Stickman Fight - Save Your World (Battle Royale). Like all battle royale games, your aim is to kill all other players and be the last stickman standing. In addition Tap and Bounce with the Beat, a rhythm-based action platformer was also released on the Google Play store.

Coming Changes

In the coming months, we would be adding a few features to the website. We would be revamping the events page for any and all upcoming events billed later in the year. We are also cooking up a directory page, so keep your eyes peeled for that. We might even throw in an additional tools or resources page (who knows).

3 years and 1 Million Downloads Later…

Tonielrosoft  is now celebrating one million downloads of its free classic card game called Naija Whot.  Naija Whot  is a digitised version of the widely popular card game in Nigeria known as Whot!  The game also includes modes like  quick-play with a single robot, tournament match with 3 robots, one vs one multiplayer against a human  opponent as well as action card configurations, avatar customisations  and French  localisation  features. Naija Whot has now become  the first Nigerian game to hit this landmark based on downloads solely from the Play Store.  The game was released on December 09 2014 on the Google Play Store, which means that it reached one million in 3 years 10 months and 22 days (1422 days). The game has also been on the Google Play’s top 100 app and game charts in Nigeria for over the past 2 years now. Another game from Tonielrosoft,  Naija Ludo  is also close to the one million download landmark.
